This wine tastes like a lightly carbonated spritzer - perfect for an aperitif to a meal without getting you drunk. An incredible 9% alcohol the wine's taste is between citrus and apple. To be honest its so light and refreshing you are likely to go through more bottles if you are not careful. Labeled as a light 'cava' due to its bubbles. This is a constant favourite for picnics and for non-hardened wine drinkers or the nominated driver (who wants something light - one glass).
